IPSLA reports take longer query than the normal reports

Question

Have been noticing lately that it takes so long for Report Writer to query the data for IPSLA reports, namely UDP Jitter and ICMP reports, compared to the normal reports where you poll the traffic, utilization, etc. I would query a UDP Jitter report of about 3 days range and 64 operations and I would check after 30 mins and it still doesn't complete the query. With this many operations, will it really take this long? Any ideas on how can I make the query faster?

I'd recommend opening a ticket with support so we can investigate.

Hi Tom,

I am using the pre-created reports, but I just renamed the report and unchecked some of the parameters such as jitter and delay, retaining only the max and avg latency. The operation is configured in 60s.
