Generic Solarwinds features

Question

As a relatively new user to Solarwinds there are a number of feature requests I may wish to suggest that as far as I can see would be generic to the product suite. For example being able to broadcast a message to all logged-in users that the system needs urgent maintenance and will be going down in XX minutes is a feature that I guess covers many SW products.

There appears to be no product Forum for generic feature requests to allow me to raise these, am I correct?

Nope, you're not missing anything, this has been asked in the past. I agree - since Orion is the underlying platform there should be a forum just for that.

That's the issue, not knowing where some of the issues/ feature requests should go and hence I'd rather fix the problem and see a generic forum rather than have a work-around of posting in specific/multiple product forums.  As an example I have an issue with excessive poller network traffic, initially I posted in SAM for feed-back, then moved it to SRM but it could be a DPA or VMAN related issue causing the excessive traffic.

Obviously once the issue has been resolved I would expect it to be moved to the correct product forum.

I would really like to see a generic SW/Orion forum for the purpose of advise/issues, or is there something I'm missing?
