Is there a way in NPM to escalate alert to send email to additional recipients after x minutes. We currently alert internally on certain nodes if they have been down for five minutes. If, after thirty minutes, the node is still down we have to send alerts to external customers. We are currently doing this with two separate alerts. This works but we end up with multiple node alerts for the same event in our NOC views. Is there a way to add additional email recipients to a single alert escalation?
