Solarwinds Behind NAT - Firmware upgrade

Question

Hi,

Our Solarwinds Servers/TFTP service is only reachable from our branch routers using a Static NAT IP. When I create a firmware update operation to execute  IOS download to the branch router, the update script automatically uses the internal IP of the TFTP/Solarwinds server which is not reachable from the router.

How do I create a firmware update operation to use a NAT IP in the script to connect to the Solarwinds/TFTP server?

I was able to change the upgrade template to use the IP instead of the StorageAddress variable.
