Error session data is not available

Question

Hi,

After I have installed SEUM demo module and added a transaction component in the network map I get the following error in it:

Error  session data is not available. Please refresh this page. If this error  occur more often, please check whether the maximum of worker process es   in IIS is set to 1 for this application pool.

It disappears after I refresh the web page.

Can anyone help me to solve?

I too get this error. I have checked the IIS worker processes and it is 1. Is there something else that could be making this happen? Our configuration is 1 app server and 1 web server.

Did you check the maximum worker processes set in IIS?
