Advanced Alert Testing

Question

I am trying to test an interface alert in the Test Fire Alert feature. I choose the alert and click test. I choose the Node and then go to choose the interface on that node and it list ALL of my interfaces not just those on this particular node. This makes it impossible to test as I have multiple Serial0/0 interfaces across my network and have no way of knowing which one belongs to the node I need to test. This can't be right. I remember this working properly before, but it has been a long time since I have used it.

Just want to acknowledge that I'm seeing the same thing here on my end. It's not only a problem with testing interface alerts but volume alerts as well.

Bumping this up as I have need to test certain alerts and I cannot do so as even after I have choosen a node all interfaces are displayed not just that nodes interfaces.  It is impossible to tell one ethernet inteface from another if there is no description. I thought once you choose a node that the interface list should narrow down to only interfaces on that particular node. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

This is for the advanced alert testing. The basic alert testing seems to work ok.
