Vast differences in SNMP vs. WMI process monitoring

I have a SQL instance that I am monitoring sqlservr.exe both through SNMP and WMI. The results are nowhere close as you can tell by the screenshots below. Anyone have an idea as to why? I checked both APM components and the PID is the same so I am sure that I am monitoring the same process. Thanks.

I have tested it also. Via WMI it captured more than that of via SNMP.

SW, any comment? Please enlightened us?

Does the SQL Server have multiple cores?
