I am having issues getting the NCM to pull the configs from a HA Pair of Cisco FirePower 4110 running FirePower Threat Defense. When connecting to the management interface of the FTD, I am getting the error "Connectivity issues, discarding configuration (or configuration is too short)". I experimented with different Device Templates. I got the FXOS config which is the Hyper Visor. I also got a HA Pair of Cisco FirePower 2140s which I am pulling the config through the CLI with no issues. I am using the "Cisco Firepower Thread Defense FTD" device template which is built into the new 2019.
When I log into the CLI for the FTD, I am getting a different set of commands between the 2140s and 4110s. I am logged in as admin. Both are running 6.2 code. Both are managed by the FMC.
You guys got any experience with this?
