SSH 1.99 to 2.0 issues?

Question

Our Engineering group upgrade SSH on quite a few of Cisco devices that we are montiroing.  Around the same time, all the interfaces on devices affected went into an "Unknown" status.  Has anyone else had this issue, if so, what was the solution.  They have a TACAS open with Cisco, but it's going on two days, and we are getting desperate.

Something tells me that they changed more than SSH on these devices. Only a change in SNMP configuration would cause this issue.

I have change all of my 900 or so devices from telnet to SSH2, I didn't have to do anything with the Orion setup. Orion is monitoring the nodes and interfaces with SNMP, so as long as you have the community string that matches the equipment, you should be fine. Ask them what the new community string is and enter that in the node details of system manager on the orion server or you can change it in the web interface.
