How to change time format?

Greetings

Due to server failure I had to reinstall Orion yesterday. Dell server setup defaulted the regional settings to US English with 12 hour clock and I forgot to change to Swedish 24 hour before installing Orion. I've since then set everything to my preference in Windows and Orion system clock on the top right of Orion web does show correct format but all events, syslogs and pollers are shown with 12 hour clock. Reboot doesn't improve

How do I change the time format?

Hi,

The solution in the thread ....7976.aspx did not help me.

I am running 9.1 SP1 and want to change from 12- to 24 hour clock on both the NPM and web.

Did you fix this eventually? Did you see 12h time in System Manager also or only on Orion's web pages?
