while I applaud the x-ray vision into our VM servers... the new gauge? how much branding do you have to do? I remember someone puking whilst holding Mr. Hat talking about the movie Contact... I kind of have that same feeling too.

wait - is SolarWinds going to be sponsoring a NASCAR team?

Hi Annie... I do apologize, some times posting takes the humor out of the post. I'm a huge proponent of the entire SW lineup and did not physically get ill ;-)

In posing one view, I didn't really give an alternative, so in the effort of constructive criticism and #48 running for history, here is my suggestion of the new gauge:

Hi skierjmh,

I am responsible for the new gauges. Our intent was to offer a more current, cool-looking gauge. I'm sorry they make you feel sick. Your comment regarding the logo is fair. I need to branch out and find other design elements to embrace. Hopefully, you'll see a little less logo mania in future releases.

You probably have already figured this out, but you can select another gauge to use by selecting 'edit'. I hope there is a gauge that makes you feel a little less green.
