Can't clear alerts

Question

Running Orion 9.1 and I can't acknowlege alerts. The check box to acknowledge them is greyed out. I am logged in as ADMIN and setup says to allow me to clear alerts but I can't. Any ideas?

The alerts were for rebooted devices. I ended up going into SQL and deleting the data from the active alerts table. I will see if the next alerts allow me to clear them. Not a big deal so far.

Can't have operations doing that now, can we?
We have the same post-upgrade problem with devices that have had their IOS version changed. No way to acknowledge "basic" alerts.

I have Orion 9.1 installed and I am not having this problem. You may want to open a support ticket.
