This is a weird one. I've had two users come to me with login problems into solarwinds and i've just checked their accounts in solarwinds (windows accounts) and the domain name has lost a character, a different character in both logins, for instance if I was to login using,
mycompany\adam
its now appearing as :
mcompany\adam
i've checked AD and the accounts look fine, do you think someone is being funny and going in and changing the user accounts in the SQL database?
If anyone has any idea what is going on, i'd appreciate your help?
My workaround was to delete the accounts in solarwinds and recreate them. They were then fine, and incidentally, they could login using the incorrect credentials...
