Need help understanding EOC users

What factors or settings determine what an EOC user sees? I created an EOC user account linked to a local Windows account on the EOC server. I then gave that user permission to see one of three available SolarWinds servers. The SolarWinds user account on that server is set to only have the Applications menu bar. However, when I login with the EOC user account, there are Home and Network tabs as well. Why is that?

I c an see that there are EOC menu bars, but why are they needed if an EOC user is going to be linked to local SolarWinds user accounts?

EOC has it's own menu bars independent than what NPM has.  This is by design to allow for access to see the information from the multiple Orion servers, and to see the different type of information.  You'd have to go into the role you assigned that EOC user and specify what the role is able to see in terms of menu options.  In EOC this is setup by role where NPM is setup by user.  If this is the only user to be affected by this, you'll want to setup a new role just for that use with the menu limitations.
