Hello, I have the following requirements I want to add some nodes to NCM, to be able to configure them but not doing a backup.
Actually I know how to do it BUT how to do it without messing up the view inside "Config Summary".
I opened a ticket to support to see if we can edit the rules that the view is based on. The answer is a big fat no?
My case is simple, we want to manage CUCM using script but when I add them as a NCM Node, NCM wants to do a backup. I have edited the job to exclude this machine type for backup.
Since it wants to do a backup, it mess up the panel and the team using the scripts is not the same as the one checking the backup and anyway why we cannot edit this panel to match what we are actually doing as backup.
I do not want to see an error for something I know I am not doing. Simple.
