I recently run this in standalone as we were experiencing some issues and noticed this little conundrum
This looks to have bee nset up incorrectly as only one or the other check will every pass and if you run the fix it swaps between Read or Write. It looks to me as though it should be set up as Read / Write like the ones below it. Might explain why it takes ages to run when you kick of the configuration tool.
