If we use the 'HA failover" method to migrate Orion to a new server, do the Universal Device poler, SNMP, and Syslog viewers get installed on the "new" server?

I was reading up on how cool it is to do 'almost no downtime" migrations to a new server/OS when using the HA mechanism to make the new server the secondary in an HA pair, then breaking teh HA.

But... does using this method install all the tools that are on the old server (like Universal Device poller, SNMP trap viewer, Syslog Viewer), as we are using these for.. making new pollers, and alerting on SNMP traps and syslogs.)

If it does not install any of these tools on teh new server ( as the new server is iinitially the secondary in an HA pair when its "installed" and set up )... then how does one install them, and "what else could be missing" one might need to manually install somehow?

Those tools you listed are all essentially part of the core platform installation.

The things that could be missing are any things that someone would have installed via some method beside the Orion platform installer, so some kind of common examples I can think of that might exist out there would be things like pieces from Engineers Toolset, SolarPutty, SWQL Studio, Notepad++, VSCode, maybe some specific powershell modules being used in SAM scripts from the poller.  The key thread being those would have been stuff that an admin would download and install that did not come from the Orion MSI.
