encrypted syslog error detected

Greetings to the community

My platform was in version 2023.2.1, I started having different problems, all related to taking metrics,

The LAST DATABASE UPDATE field stopped updating in 2 of the 5 pollers.
The LAST DATABASE UPDATE field stopped updating on certain days for some nodes and other nodes on other days. |
The LAST DATABASE UPDATE field is updated to date, however the graphs are not updated.

We spoke with SolarWinds support and they told us that There is a known bug in this version 2023.2.1 that affects the polling and that Restarting the services will solve this problem temporarily, so they recommended an alternative solution to avoid these problems and same was fixed in version 2023.2.2. This update was made and the problem persisted and now it is throwing us the following message encrypted syslog error detected. Could you tell me what was going on? I would appreciate any help, I still support SolarWinds in this case.

I'm getting this as well!

Could this be a coding error?
I'm waiting for a new version to fix this.
There have been numerous issues with upgrades for awhile now.

Hi bmrad, unfortunately I havent yet logged a case, as the issue shows up very few times, maybe once or twice in a month.

This has just popped up for me on version 2024.1.1. However, my error message include a "from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" IP address which I recognize not as a managed node but, rather a workstation used by our InfoSec team to pin test.
