We are in process to upgrade NAM 2023.1 to 2023.3 enviornments, consist of MPE/APE/AWS and running issue due to 1 server running older Windows OS verision. I tried disabling services or remove from load balancer pool (2012 Windows OS running server) but no luck. Seeking assistance to see if could be removed temporarily from DB ends and installer able to override process
