Cisco 9K not pulling full configuration

NCM connects and pulls the config from most of my 9K routers, but there are 2 that only pull a couple of lines from the config. I've tried the solutions that I've found here on Thwack, but to no avail. Any further suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Any clues in the switch logs?

You could try doing the same "pull" (I presume you mean config backup?) but with trace turned on.
