Monitor Ricoh Toner and Paper level

Hello All,

I discovered a Ricoh printer with HCO and saw some metrics, but I don't see toner and paper level metrics.

Is necesary do another configuration or I need to add/search additional OID's?

I would look at the OIDs in the post below:

But yah, if Ricoh has that information in the exposed SNMP data, then you can collect it. If you just have NPM you might consider a custom poller:
Create a custom poller to get more info from a Orion node (solarwinds.com)
And if you also have SAM, I like to grab OIDs not collected by default using the SNMP component. I think the SAM module displays better and is easy to work with.

The training center has classes on demand that might fill in any gaps on those features.
