SolarWinds Platform Database FAILED - invalid object name 'dbm_TimeSeriesConfg'

We are in the process of installing NPM and NCM in a new environment. I am working with our Server admins to stand this up. We were able to get a service account that has local admin access to our new Platform Database Server. This account also has access to the 3 or 4 blank databases we had to create on our SQL server for the SolarWinds installer. At the end of the configuration wizard, we keep getting the following error: Database configuration failed: error while executing script - Invalid object name 'dbm_TimeSeriesConfig'.

I have been unable to find any other articles/support for this error during an initial set up. Any thoughts?

Have you tried letting the installer create the databases (and also setting the permissions that way)?

We are unable to allow it to create the databases because we don't want the installer account to have SA access to the SQL server.

Are you able to temporarily give it rights, or just dbcreator? I dont think I used SA for mine (sorry been several years now), we only gave it dbcreator.

We are attempting to avoid SA altogether because there are other SQL databases that we don't want the SW Installer to interact with. The DBCreator idea might be worth trying though.
