Error trying to upgrade to 2023.3

Anyone else get this?

Can't download file Observability-2023.3.0.1578-OrionInstaller13.cab

I have internet. I was able to go to the support site and get the online installer. I downloaded the offline but it says it doesnt have the files I need so I cant use it.

Not sure this will help, but if you are blocked (this is a little dated, but)

* What about Carbon Black (if you run it on your servers)

* What about CrowdStrike (if you run it on your servers)

I get you were able to download other files, but this kinda sounds suspect b/c I am unaware of any one else seeing this issue.

ALSO, make sure you check the properties on the downloaded file, right click, properties, ENSURE it is not blocked, if it is unblock it, save then re-run you .exe
