Removing DHCP Servers from IPAM Question

We are working at moving to a new DHCP cluster and I am working on removing the old DHCP servers. I stopped when I saw the message pop up below.  

Is this just removing the scopes from IPAM?  We have one or two scopes to move still and I do not want to break anything.  Just want to double check before I hit delete.  I do see the box that says Remove Scopes from the DHCP severs and I assume that if that box was checked it would delete the scopes off the DHCP servers as well as IPAM.

Don't tick on the box. Just go ahead and delete.  If you want to delete the associated subnets from IPAM, then tick on the 2nd box but that's it.
