Pop up advertisements in Solarwinds Platform? (v 2023.2.1)

We have Solarwinds Platform v 2023.2.1 and maintain a dashboard that is displayed for everyone on the team to see. Today we noticed a popup advertisement that renders the dashboard unusable. We've not seen this before. Does anyone know how to disable this sort of popup activity completely? I get it that it's nice to "broadcast" to your user base -- putting security issues aside, this sort of behavior is not desired from any vended product. I've attached a few photos from folks nearest the dashboard as it's displayed. Thanks for any insight or at least "yep, we've seen that too."

All, Our apologies for the poor experience here. The latest information I have is that this was resolved quickly yesterday evening following initial reports. The intent was for this to be seen only in the Resource Center and never as a pop-up.

If you are still experiencing this behavior please let me know.

I received this as well. Not a good thing considering these are displayed in our NOC up on the big screens and it is covering up critical data they need to view live.

This is a major issue for us as well. Broke dashboards that are hard to access for us to click on. How can this be disabled!!

Yeah this is a very unwanted feature in it's current implimentation, please remove

One reason not to upgrade then. I can't upgrade my noc team users if they see this it will cause us massive problems. Marketing fail on this one.

In an earlier iteration there was a huge red icon on a wallet-looking icon next to the bell on the top menu bar. I dont see the wallet icon any more so I guess that may have been disabled.

A drop down for "Resources" or "Learn" or something next to settings, or in the same style would probably be more welcome. Red colours should probably be kept toward Bad stuff in the main platform to keep with the normal design language
