Installing NCM

Hello,

My employer has been a SolarWinds customer for several years, and I have been asked to install NCM, so I downloaded the installation file from the Customer Portal. When I run it on the NPM server to install it, it asks me how I want to upgrade the platform. Is this right? I am confused because I only want to install NCM and not do an upgrade. I am certain I have downloaded the same version as NPM.
