NCM Approval - completed events are missing in Manage NCM Approval request. Entries are reflecting in orion DB in NCM AUDIT table and able to fetch via NCM User activity tracking report but in console it is missing.

We need NCM Approval logs for Auditing purpose but some of the logs are missing randomly.
