Monitoring physical VMware ESXi servers without vMAN components?

Hi Folks,

Could you please suggest some methods for monitoring VMware ESXi hosts without SolarWinds VMAN [">What are my options and what procedure will I use to monitor the physical servers?

All of my servers are HPE Proliant and I have access to AppInsight and also the Application template with the AL licensing model.

I welcome any feedback or recommendations you may have to share.
