We have APIPollers setup to gather stored values from rabbitmq such as total amount of messages & queues, we have noticed on a couple of occasions the API poller will not return OK 200 because it fails to authenticate. This does not happen frequently.
When loading up OpenRabbitMQConsole.exe and login to the Management Console and check the Admin section and under 'Users' our service account has been removed? This seems to be the problem but we do not know why it happens? We re-add the svc account credentials and the api poller resumes working
