Worldwide Map Is Showing Grey Screen on all 2023 NPM Versions

I need some community assistance because Solarwinds support is generally worthless.

We've recently built a new SW server from scratch...new APP server new DB and manually added all our nodes, reports, etc etc back in.

We have also added back in the GPS data and configured exactly how our old server was setup for Worldwide Map access but for some reason I'm only getting a grey box (see attached image).

It won't even load the default global view.

I work in Cyber Security and manage the firewalls and I can confirm all ports are open however I don't see any traffic whatsoever from the new server trying to reach mapquest or any of the URLs listed in the official help guide.

My old server which is running 2022.3 works fine but it appears broken on all 2023 versions.

Is anyone else seeing this or has a solution?

Click the broken image icon above and the screenshot should still load.

I am running systems on 2022.1 and 2022.3 and Worldwide Map loads on both. Possibly try adding a new Worldmap Widget and see if the new one is blank as well? Your existing one could have been corrupted somehow?

working over here. You should be able to see something about where it's failing in f12 dev tools

widget does the same thing...gray. I also have it working on our 2022 server but can't get it going on 2023.

I'm not sure how the maps get loaded, our system is completely blocked from the internet but our Worldmap says 2023 mapquest on it. Must be getting it on the browser side. Have you tried different browsers?

This issue has been resolved. It turns out there was a problem with Cisco Umbrella DNS that was affecting one of the needed URLs for the map to work. Thanks for the help.
