Time to upgrade NPM and NTA. Can't find the screens to start the process

We're running 2020.2.6 and I see 2023.3 is now out. I am not running the Hybrid Cloud product. I've downloaded the upgrade files, for both, but I don't know if they need to be placed on the server somewhere and then just double-clicked on or if there is an upload files button, or some other step I can't find documentation on.

Is that the correct steps for just a single Solarwinds install? We don't have a central repository for multiple engines. Just one server.

Going to the web console and Settings and then "My Orion Deployment" gives me a page that says "No product updates available". When I was on my web browser to Solarwinds, I found links to download the NPM and NTA modules, but maybe those aren't for my install. I have no alerts about updates. Is 2020.2.6 still the newest? That seems odd.

@John-AVUSD, 2020.2.6 is not the newest. If My Orion Deployment states that you have no updates then it is likely because your SolarWinds server does not have internet access so it's unable to find the newest version. With that being said if the server does not have internet access then you will have to follow the steps for an offline upgrade. The previously provided link contains these instructions.
