I see the 2023.2 is stable but often have "Next Polling" stuck in past date issue and hence missing alot of alerts. however, unsure if the 2023.3 has more bugs & risks. Let me know you thoughts.
The CVEs are medium & can wait in my opinion
The JobEngine bug that causes the polling issue you're referring to is fixed in 2023.3. I'm just waiting for any big bugs present in 2023.3 to surface before I decide to take the plunge.
2023.3 has a lot of bugfixes and not many new features which makes me hopeful it'll be more stable than 2023.2.
Someone pointed out in another post that the release notes were once again published without having all of the "Fixed" issues there, which in my mind also means there are missing "known issues".
Yeah. There's a log engine licensing fix that I K ow is in 2023.3 but isn't on the release notes. Gonna check em again next week.

I plan to upgrade from 2023.2 to 2023.3.1 this weekend. Anyone have any recommendations or reasons not to upgrade?
There are a few fixes that seem beneficial
2023.4 looks to be imminent, otherwise yeah go ahead
We had our 2023.2 / 2023.3 upgrade postponed because of all the polling issues in 2023.2 (and maybe 2023.3). Did these polling engine issues end up getting fixed?
Yes they're fixed.
