I've always had a problem when asking a client to create a certificate for web access to Orion/HCO. Sometimes there's a single domain and a domain cert will do, other times there are dozens of domains (such as after several acquisitions). Sometimes the certs work and sometimes they don't. The latest whoopsie is that the client has created a cert, it installs OK but still isn't shown in the Configuration Wizard.
I've shared the documentation.solarwinds.com/.../core-enabling-and-requiring-secure-channels-with-ssl-sw1514.htm link with them, but their varying certs still won't show in ConfWiz.
Is there a definitive blow-by-blow "this is how you create a cert" that I can share?
