Happy Friday!
I just started using the Connector and I submitted 2 report requests but both have been sitting in the queue for over 48 hours. One has a status of "Processing with Cisco" and the other says "Partial KTN Pending with Cisco". I have enable email notifications set and haven't received anything. Is this normal behavior?
