Hello Team,
My organisation is a solarwinds partner and a few months ago I have attended solawrinds training and got vouchers for an exam. I wanted to reappear for the exam hence I have dropped a mail at "certification@solarwinds.com" to seek information on the partners discount (50 %) , its been 15 days and I still have not received any response from them. Is there any way we can escalate this to a higher level?
