So I have nearly 100 IIS servers and a little over half of them show down because the Default Web Site shows down, even though it's not.
What strikes me really odd is that the fix for this comes back to Listing Resources for the node
Disabling both and hitting submit
Giving it a few minutes, then List resources and Force refresh
Then only select the MS IIS and hit submit
Again wait a few minutes and WALLA!
The questions are:
Why am I having to do this?
Why does this fix it
This actually goes back some time as I've always struggle to get AppInsight for IIS to work properly...Why?
