I have got MIBs for XYZ corp don't know where to import then .can someone asssit ?
You don't NEED a new mib for NPM to work. Everything will work without the specific mib file. But, it will sometimes be easier if you have the correct mib within NPM.
Many mib's are already in NPM and new once are added every month. The process can be read about here: https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Add-MIBs-to-the-SolarWinds-MIB-database?language=en_US
You could also open a support ticket and sent Support the MIB. It is also helpful if you include the URL where you retrieved it from. Typically Support will include it in the next release and you can import the new one.

I am just going to throw these out there, first if you need to update the MIB database, it's in the first link, and also some information about how MIBs are used by Solarwinds/Orion platforms. MIB Database | SolarWinds Customer PortalThe second link is to a class on polling data that isn't there out of the box using SNMP. Often when people ask about MIBs, this is the class they need. It may not apply to you, and there are many ways to get what you want if you know what you are looking for. ALso search thwack for the UnDPs or custom pollers that you might need, lots have been written.
