Infrastructure availability - Measure the percentage of time that your infrastructure is online and available for use, regardless of whether it's hosted on-premises or in the cloud.

Infrastructure response time - Measure the time it takes for your infrastructure to respond to requests, regardless of whether it's hosted on-premises or in the cloud.

Application availability - Measures the percentage of time that your applications are online and available for use.

Application response time - Measure the time it takes for your applications to respond to requests.

Cloud utilization - Measure the percentage of cloud resources that are being used, including instances, storage, and bandwidth.

Cloud spend - Measure the cost of cloud resources and services, including instances, storage, and bandwidth.

It really depends on what is important to you.  SolarWinds Observability provides lots of different types of metrics you can use. If you are interested in APM level metrics there's a great list here of what's available.  You can also look through metric explorer view to get an idea of what could work best for you.
