How long we get point after we attend the live class and answer the survey?
Points for attending classes are manually entered. Unlike other activities that take place on THWACK, the points for classes or attending other events are not automated. We normally allow for at least a week. When you complete the end of class/event survey be sure to provide your THWACK ID (not email address) to make sure the points are added correctly.
When you do the survey they usually state either at the start or end how long.But on average, it i s usually between 2 and 4 weeks.
emmidiately after the the class
i think its more than 3 weeks after attend the class and until now the point not yet received. Who can help me about this?
I have sent on a request to our coordination team to look into this and make sure its resolved
I already attend 2 class, hopefully i will get the point soon.
