Almost consistently, the Fortiswitch hangs up. I tried lengthening the timeout (as you can see) but it didn't change anything. Why is this happening? According to syslog, Orion logged out. Seems like NCM doesn't know the job isn't finished. It leaves the switch is a state where it thinks an upgrade is in progress (even days later) until I reboot the switch.
