Node Status is Incorrect

Hi Team,

I am having weird issue on SolarWinds platform (2020.2.6) that node status is incorrect for devices ( for example switch is down but node status is up and interface is unknow or icmp ping is down and node status is up). I opened a case with SolarWinds and they asked to upgrade platform to latest recommended version 2023.2 but that didn't solve the issue. Also, they requested to clear swispubsub queue and it didn't solve the problem. I am running into circles with the support.
