We've set up an APE for NCM in a remote environment across the Internet. We did not set up a VPN as when I asked SW support for assistance they said that this method would work. Orion server is on private IP space behind a firewall of course, and being static NATted to the Internet. Remote APE is also on a private space behind a NAT. We've opened all the requisite holes based on the guide however we are still having problems. It seems like it is trying to communicate to the other APEs and to the main Orion system using the private IP address. Is there a way to force it to override what it THINKS the IP is (the real IP) and use only the NATted IP addresses both ways?
