New APE but have a licence issue

i have a npm with SLX licence,

i've installed a Additional poller on another server, it's linked

but when i add a new node to monitor using the new poller, i get "maximum number of licences has exeeded"

probably is i cant see how to licence it, have the licence in the portal, no server has internet access,

i've tried to "add licence" on main polling server, but says "Invalid Activation Key."

any help greatly appreciated? or shall i just ask support?

Since that is a licensing issue, it would be best to contact Customer Service.

Extra polling engines need customer service to add a license (per poller) for each APE (dont forget to ask for HA license if you use it)

Without internet access you will need to do a manual activation. You only need to whitelist the license URL to avoid this process
