Timeout when Executing Command Job Script

Hi All

I am testing a Execute Command Script to copy firmware to Cisco switches. The command works and the file is uploaded but before it is done the script timeout waiting for the copy to finish. The script ends with timeout error but keeps coping in the background. Is there a way to make that timeout longer so I get a correct status?
