how can i monitor website and get real availability report

hi all

right now i am using SAM to monitor our website URL but the problem is when i take report of availability its showing 65% last month but actually the website was up whole month , then i realize that those URL monitoring by SAM using ICMP so whenever there is no ping it consider as down but this is nonsense , we need to monitor and get real availability report of our website and how can we do that

Thank you , I don't have WPM so if I buy one can I generate report as well to check the availability by monthly

Highly recommend WPM if you have a license for it.  Synthetic/real user monitoring is a must (in my opinion).
