How do I add a hyperlink to a web report for a column or multiple columns?

Hello,

I have a simple web report for our network copiers (chart) that has 2 columns, node name (caption) and a separate column for the nodes IP address. How would I make both the nodes in each column clickable such that when the node name or IP address is clicked the browser opens to the IP address of the copier? ex: 192.168.1.1. I used to be able to easily do this in the legacy report writer but the product is no longer available with version 2023.2.0.

Also how would I add a 3rd column that displays the serial number for each copier?
