I have an application monitor that contains a powershell component that monitors a folder to ensure that a log file exists and is being regularly updated. I run this both on the local server and remote clients.
When I edit a given Application Monitor and change a preference, the orion.apm.application.lastmodified is reset...this would seem to meet at least my expectation given what I know about the definiition of orion.apm.application.lastmodified.
The problem is that orion.apm.application.lastmodified seems to randomly reset for no apparent reason. It might be that the Application Monitor node or application status has changed to Warning or Critical or back. However, it has been difficult to pin down.
I've looked around the forum but it seems my THWACK-fu (and google-fu for that matter) are not up to the task...
