License consumption

After deleting no longer required nodes I cannot add a new one.

Licenses were all used but now have a couple spare.

Am I missing something?

Go to settings >> All Settings >> License Manager. What does it say on that page? You can go further by going to Settings >> All Settings >> License Manager >> License Details.

not sure if this is the cause but the license manager is offline!!

went back in and it seems to be back online.

NPM has unlimited allowed interfaces.

NCM is the one that hit the limit.

NCM has 500 allowed and 498 used.

sorry for the confusion.

the problem doesn't appear till the last screen adding the City, Department, Rack etc.

The field is not editable and cannot proceed passed this point.
