Is anyone else having a difficult time getting DameWare to work over the internet?

Yes, I was told by support that the Internet Proxy portion of Dame ware has a BUG. It will require a Patch/fix on the next release, and they could not tell me when that Patch/fix would occure.

Very frustrating because I purchased Dame ware specifically to connect to others over the internet.

Trying to salvage my purchase, but looks like I need to start shopping for a different company to provide Remote Access software to my Company.
