So we are using the NPM product. It has worked fine for years. We recently upgraded our Exchange server and now we are no longer receiving any alerts. We updated the IP address of the server in Orion to the new server, everything else was left the same. A test email says "successful", but no email is received. The new Exchange server has the same receive connectors as the previous one so that should not be the issue. Anyone have any idea or where to look now?
